Things I Dig About Jesus!

I've been tagged by my sista Denise at Thus Far The Lord Has Helped Me to tell 5 things I "dig" about Jesus.....only 5?! Let's see.....

Here are the rules:

Here's my list:

#1. He loves me...He just flat out loves ME, just the way I was, the way I am, and the way I will be. He has no reason to, but He does, and it just blows my ever-lovin' mind! (1 John 4:10)

#2. There is not one single need I could possibly have that He cannot meet...how cool is that? (Phil. 4:19)

#3. He rescued me from a miry pit of mediocrity, defeat, and ignorance, and set my feet on a solid rock....and then He set them to dancin'! Praise His name! (Psalm 40)

#4. I love the fact He is always working for my good (Rom. 8:28). He is incapable of doing me harm...His thoughts toward me are always good and I need NEVER worry that He doesn't know what He's doing ( Jer. 29:11).

#5. I absolutely LOVE His word and I love to "dig" into it! It is His revelation of Himself to me, and I just love getting to know more of Him through it's pages. His word is life. It saved my life and gives me life. It is pure unadulterated truth and gives me the security I have longed for my entire life. I, literally, could not live without it (Hebrew 4:12; Psalm 119:50).
